Online Lecture Hosted by The Japan-Netherlands Society
To coincide with the exhibition “Van Gogh’s Home: The Van Gogh Museum. The Painter’s Legacy, the Family Collection, the Ongoing Story” opening on Friday, September 12 at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, we are pleased to host an online lecture featuring Ms. Lisa Smit, curator at the Van Gogh Museum in the Netherlands.
In this session, you’ll explore Van Gogh’s life, his remarkable family, and gain new insights into some of his masterpieces. We are also honored to present a special video message from Mr. V. Willem van Gogh, a descendant of Van Gogh and great-grandson of Theo van Gogh.
