Exploring Osaka 2025 World Expo Opportunities

The Netherlands Chamber of Commerce in Japan (NCCJ) believes that the coming World Expo 2025, to be held in Osaka, is a valuable opportunity for Dutch businesses. 

As of September 28, 2021, 57 countries and 5 international organisations have confirmed their participation in Expo 2025, Osaka, Kansai, Japan. As of September 1, 2021. Following the approval of the Registration Dossier at the BIE General Assembly on December 1, 2020, the Government of Japan and the Organizer of the World Expo 2025, began official invitation activities. The Organizer is currently reaching out to countries and international organizations to participate in Expo 2025, Osaka, Kansai, Japan, while working closely with the Government of Japan. 

The NCCJ supports the Organizer of the World Expo in encouraging Dutch business to explore potential opportunities, as we believe that the EXPO 2025 is a unique event to further promote the Netherlands to Japan and to the World. 

We look forward to exploring these unique opportunities together with all stakeholders, and to continue creating a stronger relationship between the Netherlands and Japan.
